James' Activities This Fall

Well, you already know that James is playing soccer this fall, but did you know he is also taking swim lessons? He and Madeleine took them together this past spring, but we took a break over the summer and just practiced our skills at the UP pool. However, at a swimming birthday party in August it became very apparent that James needed to continue with his lessons. So we signed up starting in September and you will find us at the Dolfin Swim School every Tuesday from 3:30-4pm. Thankfully I have a friend who is willing to pick Madeleine up from school and keep her until we can swing by her house when we are done.

James is really enjoying his lessons and is particularly proud of his diving skills. I still think it looks more like a belly-flop than an actual dive, but as long as he is having fun I'm ok with that!
