Like New

So apparently, if you put a new cover on the trampoline it all of a sudden is as fun as when it was new.

Grapefest 2016

Today the girls and I went to Grapefest with Aunt Lauren, Uncle Daniel, baby William, Grandmother Shirley and Granddad William (Brannon and James are in Austin at the LeMans race). It was a hot day, but we had a lot of fun shopping, eating, watching glass and bronze casting and of course wine tasting.

Little Warrior

This little cutie broke her board in one try at "Break Our Bad Habits Day" at taekwondo. The kids all wrote a list of bad habits they would like to break on their boards and then broke the boards in class to show their commitment to breaking the habits. If only it were as easy as breaking a board! 😜

Bend, OR - Day 3

We Ok I'm finally posting the pictures from our last full day in Bend. We went to church on Sunday morning, grabbed some coffee and waffles afterwards and then headed out in a nine mile hike on the Green Lakes Trail. The weather was amazing and the scenery was gorgeous. The kids got a little hangry towards the middle of the hike, but once we stopped for a snack and headed back towards the start they were great. We had a great time visiting Aunt JeanMarie and can't wait to go back!

Bend, OR - Day 2

Yesterday we started with a delicious brunch at Jackson's Corner.

We then headed out for a white water rafting adventure. The water was sooooo cold but we had a blast. James even got to ride on the front of the boat for part of the trip down river.

Waiting for our bus to the boats

We changed into dry clothes and did a little shopping at the outlet mall before grabbing a late lunch at "the lot" which is a collection of food trucks parked together. We then headed back to JM's place to get ready for an outdoor concert that evening. The kids had a great time playing and dancing on the lawn at the concert and collapsed from exhaustion about midway through the last group's performance. It was very chilly out, but we kept warm dancing to the music.

All threes kids asleep, completely worn out from the day!
