Field Trip to the State Fair

Wednesday I chaperoned James' class field trip to the State Fair of Texas. The morning consisted of a group program on farm animals. After that we were allowed to roam about in our small groups. My group of four boys decided to check out the cowboy exhibit in the Hall of State, stop in the Creative Arts building to see the butter sculpture and catch a puppet show, swing by the Go Texan Pavilion for some free yogurt, make the required stop in the Women's Museum to see the Sistine Chapel exhibit and then end the day playing in the cars at the Auto Show. They were all well behaved and seemed to have a good time!
