New Obsession

James has a new favorite thing: Minecraft. It is a video game that has him building things, dealing with animals and defending his world from bad guys.  I don't totally understand the game and really don't see the point of it, but he loves it. Madeleine loves it too...they would spend hours playing it together if we let them. Recently James earned a "super surprise" and we gave him a Creeper (one of the different types of bad guys from the game). It's about 7 inches tall and cost $13. But he loves it. In fact, he even drew me a picture and wrote me a thank you note for getting it for him. It now goes everywhere with him.  Of course now Madeleine wants one too...

FYI: the Creeper is using James' shoe as a rocket ship. 🚀
