This is what James always requests for lunch (unless it's Chick-fil-a) - Cheesy Turkey Crackers! It consists of a saltine cracker, a layer of turkey, topped with American cheese. Pop it in the toaster oven to melt it all together and James is a happy boy. Variations include adding a layer of pickles or green olives under the cheese, but usually he goes for "plain" Cheesy Turkey Crackers. And yes, I do use my square ravioli maker to cut the turkey slices into squares that fit perfectly in the crackers. :-)
