So... I went to a croissant making class at Sur La Table a few weeks ago with some friends. We had a great time and ever since then, I have been looking for an opportunity to try out my new baking skills. This past Tuesday I made a batch for our St. Anne's Society Baka sale. And today, I've baked enough for the Faculty Lunch at school. We are definitely having these for Thansgiving dinner!
