We went to the lake this past weekend and were joined by Mom, Dad, JM and Davy. I brought my office down with me so I could do tax work while the grandparents and auntie entertained the kids. As soon as Madeleine found out that Davy was coming too, she started asking "when can I ride Davy?" On Saturday JeanMarie took Madeleine for a ride in the saddle - they walked and even did a little trotting. Just before JM left on Sunday Madeleine begged her for another ride. So JM threw a halter on Davy and Madeleine tried out bareback riding. She was one happy kid!!
