Art Exhibit

Madeleine is showing a piece from her pottery portfolio at the Zhen art show this week. She is loving her pottery class and all of her instructors says she has a talent for it. 

Overnight at the Zoo

Here are a few pictures from Madeleine's Girl Scout Troop overnight trip to the zoo. We took 11 of the 13 girls in the troop. They earned their Animal Habitat badge during their visit. We slept on cots in tents that are located next to the gorilla habitat. The girls had a blast!

The cougar was stalking Madeleine on the scooter (she tore some ligaments in her foot and hasn't been able to walk on it since last Tuesday).

And now she is 10!

Happy birthday to our beautiful, funny, and smart oldest child!! We are very proud of the young lady she is becoming. 

I cannot believe it has been 10 years since I entered my most challenging and rewarding career - motherhood. I cannot imagine living my life in any other way. ❤️
